Open Staff Positions

Director of Family and Youth (Full-time)
The Director of Family and Youth leads the design, management, and evaluation of youth and family programming at Comunidad. This role blends strategic program development with hands-on leadership, ensuring that youth and families have access to meaningful, culturally relevant, and community-centered opportunities. The Director works closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to build strong relationships, deliver high-quality programming, and advance Comunidad’s mission. (Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required, including both verbal and written communication skills.)
Communications Coordinator (Part-time)
The Communications Coordinator leads Comunidad’s marketing and communications efforts to strengthen the organization’s visibility and advance its mission. Responsibilities include brand management, print and digital content creation, website updates, and social media management. This position reports to the Executive Director.
