Director of Communications (Full-time)

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Communications to lead our efforts in telling the story of our work. This senior role reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating all communications activities.

The Director Communications will oversee all of our external communications—from the words on our website to the stories in our enews—ensuring that everything we share reflects the impact we’re making together. Working closely with our program teams, the Director will gather stories, data, and visuals that bring our work to life and inspire people to get involved.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, proven success in communications, strong communication skills, and a passion for community-driven change.
