Join a thriving nonprofit working alongside locally-rooted leaders in the Seven Corners area of Falls Church. Responsibilities for this role include family advocacy and programming which provides support for our families and their children. This includes parent workshops, family-strengthening classes, and inviting parents to be part of  Comunidad’s programming and community leadership. Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish and have at least five years of experience.  

The Teen Programs Coordinator will ensure the successful implementation and delivery of Comunidad’s teen boys programming. As the Teen Programs Coordinator, this will include the strengthening and delivery of Champions Mentoring, Rising Leaders, and any other activities or programming that engage our teenage students. This role will also require oversight of volunteers and community leaders’ engagement.

This is a part-time role with the potential to become a full-time job.

As Development Coordinator you will lead, develop, and support Comunidad’s fundraising and development initiatives. This involves coordinating fundraising activities, donor relations, grant research and applications, and event planning. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in nonprofit development, communications, or related roles and excellent writing and grant proposal development abilities.

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all marketing and communications which promote and increase the visibility of Comunidad and its mission. This includes branding, content creation (print and media), website oversight, and social media content management. The coordinator should have a strong portfolio of content design and writing and is accountable to the Executive Director.
