Transforming our community

Rising Leaders is a leadership activation program for high school students. We provide teens with opportunities to lead local initiatives. Leaders identify a need in their community, and Comunidad provides the necessary tools and/or finances to respond to the chosen need. Initiatives include a community beautification day and a coding boot camp. Rising Leaders are students thinking beyond high school and working with Comunidad to prepare for college, strengthen leadership, and develop professional skills.
